DynamicForms
SmartForms output easy to tailor — without editing the SmartForm or the printing program
DynamicForms is an add-on for SAP ERP that makes SmartForms output easy to tailor without editing the SmartForm itself or the printing program. Instead of hard-coding headers, logos, texts and layout into the form, DynamicForms stores these settings in dedicated configuration tables and applies them at runtime. This allows you to generate multiple document variants from a single SmartForm — for example to meet country-specific legal requirements or individual sales-office preferences — while keeping the core form stable and reusable.
A key advantage is that changes can be done quickly and safely, even by users who don’t work with SmartForms. With the optional graphical configurator, elements can be repositioned via drag & drop, making day-to-day adjustments significantly faster.
