2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the website available at https://stysolutions.com/ and explains what data is processed when you use the site or its contact form.

3. Contact Form

The contact form on this website collects the following data:

• Required: name, email address, message content.
• Optional: phone number, company name.
• Technical: IP address and a bot-protection token, transmitted to Cloudflare Turnstile when the form is submitted, in order to confirm that the request does not come from an automated source.

Providing the required fields is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your inquiry. Submitted data is processed solely to handle your request and any follow-up communication related to it.

Legal basis (GDPR):

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract, where the inquiry concerns our services;
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to inbound inquiries and in protecting the form against abuse and automated traffic (Cloudflare Turnstile).

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses only strictly necessary technologies for security and performance:

• Cloudflare cookies (for example: __cf_bm, cf_clearance) set for security, bot mitigation and performance;
• Cloudflare Turnstile (loaded on the contact page) may set short-lived technical identifiers required to perform the bot challenge;
• a local storage entry (cookie-consent) used only to remember dismissal of the cookie notice.

We do not use analytics, marketing, or profiling cookies on this website. Because the technologies above are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the service, your consent is not required for them under Polish telecommunications law and the ePrivacy framework.

5. Hosting and Server Logs

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request data required to operate and protect the service (such as IP address, request metadata, browser and device information, and security logs). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

6. Recipients of Data and International Transfers

We share personal data only with processors that help us operate the website and handle inquiries:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Cloudflare Pages), CDN, security and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare operates globally, including in the United States. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and Cloudflare's adherence to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Resend (Resend Inc., United States) — transactional email provider used to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. The content of your message, your name, email address and any optional fields you provide are processed by Resend on our behalf. Transfers to the United States are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
• cal.pl (Polish hosting provider) — our email provider, used to receive and store correspondence sent to contact@stysolutions.com. Data is processed within the European Economic Area.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

• Cookie notice preference in local storage is kept until you clear browser data.
• Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any related obligations (typically up to 12 months from the last contact, longer where required by law — e.g. tax or limitation periods).
• Cloudflare and Resend log/retention periods are managed by those providers under their own policies.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing where applicable (in particular where processing is based on our legitimate interest).

You can contact us at contact@stysolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
